Little Ball Satellite

"Little Ball" is the nickname given to a group of United States military satellites which, due to their open access, were used for many years by Brazilians. In march of 2009, the exaggerated use of these following a goal by Ronaldo resulted in a request from the United States for the Brazilian Federal Police to crack down on this practice, resulting in the arrest of twenty of these users. With the fact as its theme, the project creates an audiovisual aesthetics of noise to discuss technology and communication.
